The ESPA is the recognized Pilot association of the easyJet Switzerland Pilots based in Geneva and Basel.
Representing the big majority of the Pilots employed by Switzerlands second biggest airline, ESPA is the legitimate contractual partner of easyJet Switzerland SA.
As such we endeavor to represent our members towards the Company in areas of contractual negotiations, working conditions development and personal case support.
The core interests are manifested in the collective labour agreement, wich is to be ever evolved to secure the working conditions of the Pilots and secure stability for the future.
To ensure that the easyJet Switzerland Pilot group can focus on their flying duties on the day to day business the ESPA ensures to represent its members in all matters and stays in contact with their partners in Switzerland, Europe and the World, to provide the best possible support and development for the future.
