The combinations and forms of employment go nowadays far beyond the traditional full-time, open-ended employment with a single employer over a long time span. New 'atypical' forms of employment are spreading quickly. The EU and researchers from Ghent University (Belgium) are conducting a study to identify the changes of employment relations in the aviation industry.
